All For Kids, a new day care center in LaPorte, uses their high-speed Internet access to research ideas for parental letters, offerings of other day care providers, and hopes to soon use it to communicate with parents. Owner Lori Seimetz has found the Internet to be a great resource for her new business venture. She finds "ideas to use with the children, information on illnesses so she and her staff are more informed about symptoms" since her high-speed connection has been in place. CSInet Internet Access installed the Internet access and networked the computers at her business on 18th Street.

A pre-school program is built into their day care for kids 2-1/2 and up and is included in the rates charged to parents. Children don?t need to leave the site to attend pre-school elsewhere. Teachers are trained in CPR and first aid and are encouraged to become CDA certified.

All For Kids accepts children from six weeks to six years of age and is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
