LAPORTE, IN – November 1, 2007 - CSInet Internet Access Corp. (CSInet) has announced today that it has acquired the customers and network of Southwestern Michigan based Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP), Harbor Country Wireless, LLC, (HCWI).

The acquisition was done through CSInet Internet Access Corp., a Northwestern Indiana regional Wireless Service Provider. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The purchase provides CSInet with Harbor Country Wireless customers, wireless network infrastructure, and communication tower locations in the cities of Baroda, Bridgman, Three Oaks, Lakeside, Sawyer, New Troy, Union Pier, and Harbert Michigan.
