with their internet subscription. Each user will have access
to 30 megabytes of storage that they may use for anything
regarding their own non-commercial, personal Web Page. An
example of a personal Web Page might include items such as
Personal Interests, Hobbies, Themes, Favorite colors, etc.

Access Corporation is not responsible for technical support
regarding the setup and development of all pages. CSInet will
assume that each user desiring a personal home page has or
is learning the basics of FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and
HTML (HyperText Markup Language) publishing.

- An HTML editor - a program to develop your
web page. This can be either a text editor or a specific
HTML developer.
Many HTML editors are available on the internet
for free downloading. Microsoft FrontPage 2000 seems to
be the most popular these days.
