Step 1

- Click on the Junk Box icon in the toolbar.
- Here you will see emails that our Email Security considers junk mail.
- If you would like to delete all of the email click on the 'Check All' button then click on the 'Delete' button.
- If you would like to have an email sent to your mailbox, place a check mark next to the email you wish to unblock then click on the 'Unjunk' button. This email will be sent to your mailbox and the email address will be added to the 'allow' list so it will not be blocked again.
