** CSInet charges a monthly fee for Wireless Subscriber Module (modem) rental and wiring maintenance.  This fee is $3.00 USD and will show up on invoices and statements as “Modem Rental and Wiring Maintenance fee”.

If you choose not to pay the Modem Rental and Wiring Maintenance fee, CSInet will help you to acquire and configure your own equipment, priced at $495.00.

What is covered?
The monthly Modem Rental and Wiring Maintenance fee of $3.00 will cover the modem itself, the antenna, outside surge suppression, the wire run on the outside of the home, and the data jack and power supply inside the home.  These are all the components installed and supplied by CSInet.  In the event that any of these components fail, CSInet technicians will repair or replace as needed at no additional charge to you. 

What is NOT covered?
Please note that CSInet will not cover vandalism or malicious physical damage to CSInet supplied components.  CSInet will not cover any inside wiring past the modem power supply nor will CSInet cover your computer, router, inside network or any other devices in your home.  If needed, CSInet does offer managed network services which are not included in this plan.  Standard service call fees will apply if CSInet is called upon to provide service to your computer or related computer components.
