When you request the XSTOP feature, we mark your account so that all of
your web browsing passes through a server that filters out the adult
content. The XSTOP filter server is located in our Network Operations
Center, and is automatically updated every day.

When anyone using your account tries to access a web site that has adult
material, XSTOP will block it and display a web page indicating that
access to that site is denied.
