The following ports are blocked by CSInet:

CSInet blocks SMTP access to curb the spread of Unsolicited Commercial Email (spam).
CSInet customers will always have appropriate access to CSInet's email servers.

CSInet permits exceptions for business class customers requesting SMTP access.
Please contact CSInet Technical support if you suspect this might be interfering with your business commnications.
